Due to the nature of consulting services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of service delivery to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues or provide appropriate resolution.
You may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 48 hours before the appointment time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you need to modify or reschedule your consulting services, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable requests for changes to your service schedule or scope.
